ON THE DAY

 

THE VENUE will be open at 9am for setting up your stands (NO EARLIER PLEASE)

YOUR STANDS SHOULD BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 10.45 AM and dressed to a high standard.

Any vacant stands after this time may be reallocated or dismantled with no refund offered. 

 

Please ensure all walkways,aisles and Emergency exits are kept clear at all times during setting up and ensure everything is securely packed away. 

Health and safety guidelines must be adhered during this process and throughout the show. 

 

WEDDING VEHICLES WILL BE GIVEN A DESIGNATED SPACE.

MAXIMUM 2 VEHICLES PER CAR COMPANY and 1 attendant per car outside.

The organiser will request spaces for your vehicles but cannot be held responsible should the venue be unable to do so.

 

REFRESHMENTS: Self service drinks and biscuits are available from 10am to 2pm. You may also purchase hot and cold food and other beverages from onsite caterers.

 

Please note: Photography and a video may be used during this event for future promotional material if you wish not to be included let me know.

APPLICATIONS

 

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST COMPLETE AN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM TO GAIN A POSITION WITHIN THE SHOW.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION AND NO LATER THAN THE DATE REQUESTED PLEASE.

 

THE JOTFORM APPLICATION IS ALSO YOUR INVOICE, PRINT OFF A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS AS WE DO NOT ISSUE INDIVIDUAL INVOICES.

 

BY CLICKING YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THIS IS AN ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

THE ORGANISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY APPLICATION, WHETHER RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES OR NOT FURTHERMORE, THE ORGANISER ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT CANCEL ANY APPLICATION, WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED WITHOUT ANY REASON BEING GIVEN FOR SUCH CANCELLATION. 

 

THE ALLOCATION OF STANDS AND POSITIONING OF EXHIBITORS STANDS WILL BE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANISER ALTHOUGH EVERY ENDEAVOUR WILL BE MADE TO MEET ANY REQUEST BY AN EXHIBITOR REGARDING THE POSITION OF THEIR STAND.

 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCLUSIVITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. ACCORDINGLY, WE DO NOT UNDERTAKE TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF STANDS SELLING SIMILAR OR IDENTICAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

 

FURTHERMORE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A MINIMUM SEPARATION BETWEEN STANDS SELLING SUCH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

 

DISPLAY & DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING MATERIAL.

 

Please note that the giving out of leaflets/ promotional literature is restricted to your business only and your stand area to prevent impairment to fellow exhibitors.

 

Exhibitors may not walk around distributing literature, or place literature on any other stands or parked vehicles.

 

No exhibitor or other persons shall affix any placard, any or other advertisement to any part of the premises including the perimeter fences and car 

 

TABLECLOTHS AREN'T SUPPLIED AT THIS EVENT 

 

ALLOCATION OF SPACE 

 

Any exhibitor found to have moved their stand without permission will be required to leave the event.

 

We reserve the right to restrict or alter a display if extra space has been taken and restrict the running of any mechanical or any other items the organiser deem to be of danger or annoyance to any other exhibitor.

 

No exhibitor shall sub-let any portion of your stand.

 

If you have requested electric please bring your own extension lead and ensure your equipment has a VALID PAT CERTIFICATE and all leads are taped down securely behind your stand.

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY 

 

The organiser shall not be responsible in respect of loss or damage arising from adverse weather conditions, any error in the apportionment of space or from any encroachment by one exhibitor to another.

 

The organiser will not be responsible to any person whatsoever whilst upon, entering on, or leaving the 

 premises for any damage or loss, howsoever caused, to the property of such persons; or for any injury fatal or otherwise to any such person.

 

The organiser shall not be responsible for any damage or loss, howsoever caused, to any exhibitor or their employees, or to any article or property brought to our event whilst upon entering on, or leaving or being carried into, on or out of the premises where this event his held.

 

The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any loss, injury or damage that may be done to or occasioned by,

or arising from any article or property exhibited or brought on to the event premises by him/her and he/she shall indemnify and hold harmless The Organiser from all action, suits, expenses and claims on account of or in respect of any such damage, or injury which may be so caused or occasioned.

 

CANCELLTION OF STAND(S): Should you have to cancel your stand regrettably we have a no refund policy.

 

FIRST AID.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own first aid provisions. The nearest Accident & Emergency hospital will be on your information sheet on your stand.

 

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE 

It is a requirement that all exhibitors have their own insurance.

 

EMPLOYEES LIABILITY INSURANCE.

 

If the exhibitor employs anyone, Employers Liability insurance must be in force. This insures the exhibitor's legal liability for injury to employees. 'Employees' can be deemed to include volunteers, casual temporary workers and even 'self-employed' persons.
